TradeToolCalc ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website at tradetoolcalc.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
TradeToolCalc is designed to work without any registration or account creation. The calculators run entirely in your browser — no input data is sent to our servers unless you choose to use the "Email My Results" feature.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Mailchimp: The email results feature uses Mailchimp to collect and process email addresses submitted through the calculator results form. When you submit your email via this feature, your email address and calculator results are transmitted to and processed by Mailchimp on our behalf. Mailchimp's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
Google Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log font requests in accordance with their privacy policy.
This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other behavioral tracking tools.
TradeToolCalc does not use first-party cookies. Third-party services (such as Google Fonts) may set cookies according to their own policies.
If you submit your email via the results feature, your email and results are processed by Mailchimp and retained in our Mailchimp account. We do not maintain a separate database of submitted emails outside of what Mailchimp stores.
If you have submitted your email via the results feature and wish to request deletion of your data, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Lawful basis for processing: We process your email address on the basis of consent. When you actively and voluntarily submit your email address through the calculator results form in order to receive your results by email, that submission constitutes your consent to process your email address for that purpose.
What data is collected: The email address you submit, and the calculator input and output values associated with that submission.
How long data is retained: Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed to communications from TradeToolCalc. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Third country data transfers: Email addresses submitted through the site are processed by Mailchimp (operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, a US company). Mailchimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. By submitting your email address you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your data subject rights under GDPR: You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure of your data, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by contacting enda@systemflowgovernance.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
